Return Policy

  1. Eligible Returns
     
    We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed, undamaged and original accessories within the return period.
     
     
  2. Non-Returnable Items
     
    Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by improper use, artificial damage, wrong size purchased by customer, normal wear and tear.
     
  3. Defective & Wrong Items
     
    If you receive defective, damaged, missing parts or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will offer refund, replacement or partial compensation free of charge.
     
  4. **Return Shipping Fee
     
    For quality issues or our shipping mistakes, we bear the return shipping cost.
     
    For customer-initiated returns (dislike, size unsuitable, no longer needed), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
     
  5. Refund Process
     
    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
     
  6. Custom & Import Tax
     
    Any local customs duties, import taxes or related fees caused by returns are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified.
     
  7. Final Right
     
    We reserve the final interpretation of this return policy. We will try our best to provide friendly after-sales service for every pet family.
